NAD+ IV therapy slow infusion set up beside a daybed at a Bali villa

NAD+ is the drip people arrive with the most questions about, so here's how I explain it at the villa. NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme every cell uses for energy production and DNA repair, and its levels decline with age — that much is solid biochemistry. Whether infusing it meaningfully moves the needle on energy, focus or "longevity" in healthy adults is where the science gets young: early research and plenty of enthusiastic anecdotes, but not yet the robust trials the marketing implies. We offer it because demand is real and because if you're going to do NAD+, it should be done properly — slow rate, licensed nurse in the room for every minute, doctor-reviewed dosing — not rushed in 40 minutes by someone who leaves you alone with the bag. Run too fast, NAD+ causes chest tightness, flushing and nausea; run gently, most guests just feel a warm hour or three of enforced rest.

What’s in the Drip

NAD+ 125 mg or 250 mg

Pharmaceutical-grade NAD+ in 500 ml of NaCl 0.9%. First-timers start at 125 mg; 250 mg is for guests who've tolerated it before.

Slow, adjustable rate

The whole game with NAD+. Your nurse starts gently and adjusts by your comfort — flushing or tightness means we slow down, immediately.

Optional B-complex finisher

A B-vitamin push after the NAD+ bag rounds out the protocol; included free on 250 mg sessions.

Continuous nurse monitoring

Unlike a quick vitamin drip, your nurse does not leave the room during NAD+. That's protocol, not a luxury.

The Honest State of the Evidence

What we can say: guests commonly report feeling clear-headed and rested after a session, and biohacker clientele — of which Bali has perhaps the world's densest population per square kilometre of Canggu co-working space — book courses deliberately. What we won't say: that NAD+ reverses ageing, cures addiction or fixes chronic fatigue. Human trials are early and small. If a provider promises those things, walk away — and we'll tell you the same to your face at the villa, because long-term trust beats one upsold drip.

Practical notes: book a morning or early-afternoon slot — with infusion time this is a 2.5–4.5 hour visit and our last start for NAD+ is 17:00. Eat something light beforehand. Many guests pair the session with a quiet work-from-daybed day. If your actual complaint is exhaustion and dehydration after travel, try the Hydration & Energy IV first — a quarter of the price and most of the felt benefit. Questions either way are free on WhatsApp.

Pricing in IDR

NAD+ 125 mg: IDR 3.500.000. NAD+ 250 mg: IDR 5.500.000 (includes the B-complex finisher). Course of three: 10% off. All-inclusive of travel, screening and the long nurse attendance — full list on the pricing page.

How It Works

  1. WhatsApp consult

We talk goals, history and schedule. First-timers get the 125 mg recommendation and the honest-science chat up front.

  2. Screening + doctor review

NAD+ bookings get an individual look from our supervising doctor — heart conditions and pregnancy rule it out.

  3. Nurse arrives, settles you in

Vitals, line placement, and the infusion starts at a deliberately gentle rate. Pick a comfortable spot — you'll be there a while.

  4. 2–4 hours, monitored throughout

Rate adjusted to your comfort the whole way; vitals re-checked during the session. Line out, short rest, and you're done.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does NAD+ IV therapy cost in Bali?
IDR 3.500.000 for 125 mg, IDR 5.500.000 for 250 mg, course of three at 10% off. Everything — travel, screening, hours of nurse attendance — is included. See pricing.
Why does it take 2–4 hours?
Infused quickly, NAD+ causes genuinely unpleasant chest tightness, flushing and nausea. A slow, adjustable rate is the difference between a restful session and a miserable one — there is no safe shortcut, and providers offering "NAD+ in 45 minutes" are cutting the wrong corner.
What will I actually feel?
During: mild warmth or flushing, occasionally brief waves of pressure that fade when the rate is slowed. After: most guests report feeling rested and clear-headed. We make no promises beyond that — the evidence doesn't support them yet, and we'd rather be straight with you.
Who shouldn't get NAD+?
Anyone with significant heart or kidney conditions, and pregnant or breastfeeding guests. Our screening catches this, and our doctor reviews every NAD+ booking individually rather than rubber-stamping it.
Is one session enough?
Guests chasing a specific protocol usually book a course of three over 1–2 weeks; one session is a reasonable way to find out how you respond. We'll never pressure a course on you — try one, see how you feel.
