BaliDripIV was started by a senior Indonesian nurse with six years of ICU experience and a simple observation: visitors to Bali kept ending up in clinic waiting rooms for problems — dehydration, hangovers, mild food poisoning — that a properly trained nurse could solve at their villa in an hour. We built the mobile service we'd want for our own families: licensed professionals, doctor-reviewed protocols, honest advice, and no wellness theatre.

Who Actually Shows Up at Your Door

Every BaliDripIV infusion is placed by an Indonesian-licensed nurse holding a current STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) — the national nursing registration — and most of our team comes from hospital backgrounds: ICU, emergency and surgical wards. Placing IV lines is what they did all day for years before joining us. No couriers, no “IV technicians”, no trainees practising on your arm.

Behind the nurses sits our supervising doctor, who writes and reviews every protocol on the drip menu, signs off the standing orders for medications like anti-nausea, and individually reviews anything non-standard — every NAD+ booking, every guest whose screening raises a flag.

Our Safety Standard

Screening before the first drip

Allergies, medications, heart and kidney history — a short questionnaire reviewed under doctor protocol before any line is placed. Not optional, not skippable, even for groups.

Vitals on every visit

Blood pressure, pulse and temperature before the drip starts. A high fever stops the booking and earns you an honest referral to a clinic instead.

Sterile single-use everything

Catheters, lines, syringes and dressings come sealed and leave in a sharps container. Pharmaceutical-grade fluids and vitamins from licensed Indonesian distributors.

We refer out — happily

Red-flag symptoms get directions to a clinic, not a drip. Saying “we're not what you need today” is part of the service, and we say it weekly.

What We Are — and What We Are Not

We are a wellness service: hydration, recovery, micronutrients, delivered well. We are not a clinic, not an emergency service and not a substitute for a doctor — and unlike some corners of this industry, we won't pretend a drip cures infections, reverses ageing or fixes what eight hours of sleep would. The honest version of every answer is on our blog, in our service pages, and in every WhatsApp reply. Prices are flat and public on the pricing page; areas and arrival times under service areas.

Medical disclaimer: IV therapy is a wellness service, not a substitute for medical care. For severe symptoms (high fever, blood in stool, fainting) go to a hospital or call 112.
